An 8 year old boy presented with weakness, dizziness, fainting, slight chest pain and a fluttering feeling that comes and goes. The physician was concerned about a problem with the child's heart so he did an ECG. Below is the test findings. What is the diagnosis some complications of this condition?

I can't breathe!

A teenage male is brought into the ER with complaints of shortness of breath and chest pain that started two days ago. The shortness is mild but gets worse on exertion. The patient presents with peuritic chest pain on the left said described as sharp in nature. He claims this has never happened before.

He denis illicit drugs and any history of trauma. He has no signifcant past medical or surgical history. His family history is non-contributory as well.

The patient presents as slightly hypotensive (112/70), HR- 96, temp- 98.6 F, RR 20, and pulse ox of 94. He is in mild distress and the HENT exam is unremarchable. Trachaea is midline and there are no breath sounds on the left side with hyperresonance on percussion. Abdomen has no remarkable findings. The Xray comes back and is shown below:

A middle aged female present to the office with excessive thirst and urination for the past month and a half. She did not have any kind of change in diet and no diarrhea. Test showed a slight excess in plasma glucose and glucagon. Upon exam, she presented with erythematous necrotizing skin on both legs. The physician sent away for radiologic studies which showed a tumor in the pancreas. What pancreatic cell is the most likely origin of the tumor cells?

Sorority Rush

An 19 y/o sorority girl presents to the college's free clinic with vaginal itching and discharge for about a week. She has had multiple partners and fears she might have an STD. A speculum exam shows copious green, foul smelling discharge and a wet mount shows tear drop shaped trophozoites swimming about on the slide.

She has infiltrates bilaterally on xray. Urinalysis is as follows: proteinuria, hematuria, and RBC casts are shown. The range of proteinuria is subnephrotic. What is the differential dx?
